before they separate, I was SETOYAMA ( after my parents divorced I started to use my mum’s surname UYAMA 宇山 I was living with my mum after their divorce..)

… and KATAYAMA san ( different surname from my grand dad ” SETOYAMA”… she is step mother of my PAPA! MY DAD and Katayama san( step mother) didn’t get along well at all…? ( so my dad had to leave his father’s (SETOYAMA) house at some point.. this was before I started to meet my DAD after 19 years absence…)
My dad’s real mother was living in SUMIYOSHI ( near sumiyoshi shrine) … and she killed herself.. ( according to my auntie… she was telling me on the night MY DAD died… we talked a lot and she taught me something I never heard of before… Me and DAD( masaru)’s step mother(katayama) is also no connection at all ( no blood connection…)

My grand dad( Uyama) came back from Mansyu( 満州）, after spending 8 years!! , met my Grand Mother ( Kumon) in Osaka … ( the boat from China arrived Osaka port… he was on the way back Home ( Hokkaido) Bihoro( 美幌）…My grand dad decided not to go back to hometown ( hokkaido北海道) , then they got married and started to live together in Osaka.
My grand dad( Uyama) was plasterer/Leader of carpenters ( 左官、大工の棟梁？）. I heard from My mom that Japanese restaurant (料亭）in Arashiyama (嵐山）which My grand dad built!!! was by Togetsu kyo bridge ( 渡月橋)…

私も、高校生だった90年代から、遠くはなれた場所に今はいる。
10代の頃の「遠い記憶」
あの曲、「テネシー！ 」って歌っていたのはその頃の友達。（だから彼らArrested Developmentのこと知ったんだった！彼女には年上の姉兄がいて、アナログでCafe Bleuとか彼女が持ってた（お姉ちゃんのレコードだったのかな？）。ATCQのMidnight Marauders出た頃（高3）にリイシューでThe Law and Theoryを両方アナログ買っていたのも彼女（だから聴いていたんだなー、きっと。なんか彼女がレコード買ってたとき、一緒にいた気もする。心斎橋かな？）
