2003年と2004年もBIGCHILL行ってたけど(、、、まだデジカメ買う前のIXY、、、小さなカメラじゃ、夜ぜんぜん写らない笑)、、、Quantic Soul Orchestra ファンクバンド！頑張って一番前まで行ってシャッター押したけど、、、(あのレンズじゃあんま写らないな笑)
ブリストル住んでた時代のLIVEなら、、、
最初の夏2002年のマッシブアタック！
せっかく25ポンド！行ったのに、、、なぜだか一枚もシャッター押してない

龍安寺
いつの間にか私のそばに、一杯のお茶が置いてあったのです。
誰が？いつの間に？どうして？

お寺と私
のいい話がある

ドナルド・キーンが京都に留学生として下宿していたときのこと。
「或る晩のことです。十五夜で、それはそれはきれいな月の晩でした。
私は大学からの帰り途、
その月を見上げて惚れ惚れしながら京都の町を歩いておりました。」
キーン博士は思ったのだそうだ。こんな月の光に照らされた竜安寺の石庭はさぞ美しかろう。
是非見てみたい。博士はその足で竜安寺へ向かった。当時（大戦前）の京都の寺はいずこも
終日門が開いていて、人の出入りも自由だったという。
「私は竜安寺の門をくぐって本殿に入り、あの有名な石庭を前にした縁側に座り込みました。
月光に照らされた石庭の美しさ。
私はしばらく身動きができませんでした。
三十分、いえ小一時間ほども私はぼんやりと庭を眺めていました。
もう十分すぎるほど石庭に見惚れた後です。
ふと傍らへ目をやると同時に私は驚きました。
いつの間にか私のそばに、一杯のお茶が置いてあったのです。
誰が？いつの間に？どうして？
想像するしかないのですが、おそらくお寺の誰かだったのでしょう。
外国人の若い学生が石庭に見惚れているのを見て、邪魔をしないように、
そうっとお茶を置いていってくれたのです。
私は、とても感激しました。」
こんなもてなし方ができる民族は日本人だけだ、と博士は思ったそうである。
「そして、だからこそ私は日本のことが大好きになりました」

これから写真を撮っていくんだ！
って”relaxmax”と自分で！名づけた^_^
relaxmax という名前をもらって初めて撮った写真。
This is the first photo I took as “relaxmax”.
モロッコではじめて「これから写真を撮っていこう！」って思った。
Morocco is where I decided to be a photographer…
それまで「旅をして、写真を撮ること」自体は
５年はつづけていたけれど(96年、20歳の時にberlin LOVE PARADEに行こう！ってはじめて旅して以来）
写真家、photographer に「なりたい」と思ったことなかった。
「ただ写真を撮っていた」
NIKONのちっちゃいオートのカメラで９６年のベルリンラブパレードを撮影した。
モロッコに行く時には、もうCANONのIXYに変わっていた。
（後、オリンパスの白い皮っぽいボディのカワイイカメラも持っていた気がする)
I never thought of “BEING” a photographer…
I just kept traveling (on and off) for 5 years ( since 1996, my first ever traveling alone in Europe for Love Parade ’96) and releasing the shutter … ( I’be been traveling with NIKON small camera, and CANON IXY)
